Shop Conditions
Scope of applicability
These General Sales and Delivery Conditions (“GSDC”) apply to all sales of goods by Track The Stars ApS (“TTS”) notwithstanding any conflicting, contrary or additional terms and conditions in any purchase order or other communication from the customer.
We reserve the right to change these GSDCs at any time. The GSDC written in the English language is the one that applies. Any translation of the GSDC shown anywhere is for information only.
These rules only apply to products bought directly from TTS. If you have bought our products from a dealer you must contact them.
Prices and payment terms
All prices are displayed in Euro without VAT (and in smaller digits including Danish VAT of 25%).
Prices shown on the webshop are indicative and the final price is the one set forth in the order confirmation.
Deliveries to private customers within the EU will be charged the price including Danish VAT.
Companies with a valid EU VAT number can buy products without Danish VAT.
Deliveries to customers outside the EU will be charged the price without Danish VAT.
All costs related to customs, duty fees, VAT, and import tax in the country to where the goods are shipped must be paid by the customer.
The full complete invoice amount must be paid prior to shipping the goods.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment options
Payment can be made via Bank Transfer or via PayPal.
Payment via Paypal can be made with a credit card without creating a Paypal account if you wish.
Delivery
All goods are shipped directly to the customer via courier shipping companies.
All shipments are insured.
The customer pays for shipping and insurance. These costs are calculated and included on the payment page on the webshop.
All costs related to customs, duty fees, VAT, and import tax in the country to where the goods are shipped must be paid by the customer.
We do our utmost to deliver the products within the indicated delivery times. Delayed delivery does not entitle the customer to cancel the order or claim damages of any kind.
Receipt and acceptance of goods
The customer must inspect goods delivered upon receipt and notify TTS by writing within 7 days about any defects found.
In case the shipping boxes have been damaged when they are delivered by the shipping company the customer must immediately claim the damages to the shipping company.
Warranty and repair
All goods are covered by a 3-year warranty. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, negligent handling, lack of reasonable maintenance and care, accident, or abuse.
If a product develops a fault and needs repair it must be shipped to TTS in Denmark or one of TTS’ appointed repair sites. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the goods are securely packed and insured for the full value. TTS can assist with booking the shipment. The customer must pay any cost related to this shipping (which will be refunded if a warranty repair is granted). Prior to returning any goods for repair the customer must contact TTS and receive a return order number.
Upon receipt, the products will be examined and repaired by our experts. If the fault is due to a manufacturing defect and the product still is covered by the warranty we will pay all costs related to the repair and pay all shipping costs. If the fault is due to misuse or abuse of the product or the product no longer is covered by the warranty all costs related to the repair and shipping must be paid by the customer.
Return of goods
Received goods can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as received.
Prior to returning any goods the customer must contact TTS and receive a return order number.
It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the goods on the return shipment are securely packed and insured for the full value. The customer must pay any cost related to the return shipping.
Returned goods will be inspected and if found in good shape a full refund is withdrawn shipping and handling costs will be given.
Disclaimer
We are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, to people or things deriving from improper use of a product.
Competent court
These GSDC and all contracts entered into between TTS and the customer shall be governed by and be in accordance with the laws of Denmark. The courts of Denmark shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise between the parties.

What data do we collect?
The data we collect here at Track The Stars varies on what its use for it is. For example, your IP address might be collected so that we can connect you to our website, your email will have to be collected when signing up for our Newsletter, and your address will be collected after purchase of one of our products so that we can send it to you.
