The TTS-160 Panther Lite is a lightweight and compact manual Alt-Az mount designed for seamless visual astronomy. Its versatile design allows it to accommodate up to three telescopes and varied setups. ONE TELESCOPE

The TTS-160 Lite lets you mount a single telescope, with the option of side or top mounting. Top mounting is ideal for larger scopes like binoscopes, while side mounting suits smaller more compact telescopes.

TWO TELESCOPES

Refractor or larger reflector for Jupiter? Want a scope for imaging while observing? With the TTS-160 Lite, you can mount multiple telescopes at once, avoiding the hassle and risk of switching mid-session.

THREE TELESCOPES

The TTS-160 Lite supports up to three telescopes simultaneously—two side-mounted and one top-mounted—offering exceptional versatility for exploring different perspectives and setups in a single session.

COMFORT BALANCING

The mount with its versatile balancing system is perfect for those who wish to be able to tailor their mount specifically to their personal setup. With the many different ways of mounting telescopes and counterweights, a perfect balance can easily and efficiently be found no matter the setup.

The mount’s innovative back-balancing feature ensures a more consistent eyepiece height during observations. This feature helps reduce the need to get low to the ground to observe objects high in the night sky. No need to crouch down to look through the eyepiece, making it perfect and comfortable for extended visual observing sessions.

Don’t be fooled by its lightweight—this mount can handle heavy loads. It supports up to 40 kg (88 lbs) when using two side-mounted telescopes (20 kg each), making it ideal for larger telescopes.

With built-in encoders, the Panther Lite can connect to your smartphone, allowing you to track the telescope’s position on your phone and what deep-sky object you are currently observing.

The integrated encoders also enable your phone to guide you to whichever deep-sky object you would want to observe.
