Description

This Losmandy size saddle can be used on the TTS-160 Panther Lite or the TTS-160 Panther Original.

Installation of the saddle

Panther Lite: This Losmandy-size dovetail saddle is easily installed on the Side Plate or the Top Plate with either M6 or M8 screws that is included.

Panther Original: This Losmandy-size dovetail saddle is easily installed on the counterweight arm with two M6 screws. The magnetic holder for the handpad must be removed first.

NOTE: Not all versions of the Panther Original mount have the necessary tapped holes for mounting the saddle. Check your mount before ordering – contact us for details.

The capacity of the Losmandy dovetail saddle

The saddle will carry telescopes up to 25kg. It is possible to install telescopes on both sides and the top at the same time. Be aware of the total capacity of the mount head.
